Worked as a UX UI Designer.


The client supplies tools and construction materials to thousands of B2B customers nationwide. Sales reps relied on paper orders and Excel sheets, leading to slow order cycles, inventory errors, and limited visibility into sales performance.
Goals
Reduce order entry time by 30%
Increase customer coverage from 70% to 85%.
Display real-time inventory and dynamic pricing.
Track visits, payments, returns, and upselling opportunities.
Results
39 sales reps and 5 supervisors were analyzed.
40% of the sales flow was lost due to product search issues.
38% of rural routes experienced frequent connectivity problems.
Need for visual catalogs and version tracking.
Admin CRM Sales Web App
Worked as a UX UI Designer.


The mobile sales app required an admin panel to centralize customer, catalog, and pricing management; enable roles and permissions; and provide real-time metrics to ensure field rep performance.
Goals
Centralize operations in real time
Improve coverage and compliance; increase completed visits.
Track the full sales cycle: visit → order → delivery → payment.
Enable filtering by zone, route, sales rep, and client; export data to BI/APIs for executive reporting.
Key Insights
Limited visibility of field operations
Visit and order confirmations were handled via Excel/WhatsApp
Reps had to re-enter orders due to connectivity issues.
No standardized KPIs by route/rep, making early deviation detection difficult
Mobile POS
Worked as a UX UI Designer.


I led the complete redesign of the UX and UI of a cloud-based POS system used across 10 hardware stores.
Goals
Reduce average checkout transaction time.
Improve information architecture and visual hierarchy.
